We ship using industry standard techniques. We use shipping shields, perfect-fit sleeves, team-bags, and no-residue tape to ensure cards reach your securely every time. We use USPS with tracking using the following rules:

• Orders under 20$ are shipped in a plain white envelope.
• Orders over 20$ are shipped in a bubble mailer with tracking.
• Orders over 100$ are shipped in a bubble mailer with tracking, and signature verification.

In addition when adding items to the cart you:

• You may add tracking to any order for $3.50
• You may add signature confirmation to any order which already has tracking for an additional $4.00

We offer refunds on orders shipped with tracking within thirty days in limited cases. Orders subject to shipping issues are reviewed on a case by case basis, refunds being given at our discretion. All products are provided with pictures of the actual product and no refunds are given for quality, condition, or any other reason. 

We only provide refunds for:

• Singles Damaged in Transit worth 100$ or less.
• Cards which originally shipped with tracking.
• Cards which are returned, with tracking in as original packaging as possible
• Orders which have associated support tickets.

We do not provide replacement or refunds for:

• Any sealed products.
• Any bulk products.
• Any products not shipped with tracking.
• Any merchandise.

We reserve the right to refuse refund, or offer only partial refunds, and refund no more than $100 on a single order. In order to submit for a refund see the refund policy page.
