Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We offer refunds only on a case-by-case basis, and only on singles which are provably damaged in the mail. In order to request a refund mail sales@kaz.lol

 

We do not offer refunds on any of the following:

  • Sealed Product. Including Cases and Boxes.
  • Merchandise and Collectibles.
  • Product Codes
  • Any product opened on-stream.
  • Any product we did not sell you.
  • Any signed, miscut, damaged or otherwise unique singles.
  • Any hand-negotiated trades.
  • Singles which are not shipped with tracking.
  • Singles which are not damaged in shipping.
  • Any order over 14 days past the USPS delivery date.
  • Any order which is not shipped back.
 
We do offer refunds on the following:
 
  • Tracked singles damaged in transit, with visual proof.
  • Tracked cards which are reported lost by the USPS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be properly packaged and shipped back using tracking, provided by us when applicable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Cards damaged in the unpacking process, due to improper packing.

 

Refunds

 

To request a refund, email sales@kaz.lol with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Account/Order Email 
  • Order Number
  • The Card(s) you received damaged
  • Picture of Damaged Card
  • Pictures of any other damaged shipping or packing material
  • Preferably forward the email from us, that you were sent when the order was shipped. 
 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, for the purchase price of the damaged card(s), and original shipping costs if any.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if any above information is not provided, or in the case of suspected fraud.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

 

We currently do not accept exchanges on any products except for clothing merchandise please contact sales@kaz.lol for more information if you need a different size. Shipping on exchanges is paid by the customer in most cases.

 

Shipping returns

 

Do not return any packages until asked to, you should email: sales@kaz.lol to submit for a refund. Follow up information may be needed and a shipping label will be sent to you if your refund is approved.
